Community Manager – Arrive Market

We built Arrive Market because we wanted a great way to discover the best CBD products under one site. Our marketplace is not here to offer the broadest selection of brands or products. In fact, we pride ourselves on our carefully curated market so that our customers never have to compromise on quality. Job Description: We are looking for a full-time Community Manager who will focus on day-to-day operations of an early stage CBD startup. You will work directly with the founder to manage short-term and long-term priorities. The ideal candidate can tackle challenges spanning customer satisfaction, scaling our brand onboarding process, digital marketing, and other strategic projects. Enthusiasm for and personal interest in the CBD space is highly preferred. As an early member of a small team, there will be opportunity for advancement as the company grows.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating partnership opportunities and managing relationships with established CBD brands
  • Sales tracking and order communication with our vendor brands
  • Providing best-in-class customer service through chat and email
  • Educating consumers in a fact-based way about the platform and our product offerings
  • Creating and maintaining an internal FAQ and database of site and CBD information
  • Managing social media and email marketing campaigns
  • Monthly tracking, summarizing, and reporting of key website, brand, and social media metrics
  • Collaborating with creative content providers to craft blog and website content strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top tier university
  • 3-5 years of work experience preferred
  • Prior experience in community management or social media management
  • Proficiency with the following:
    • Shopify (or other e-commerce platforms)
    • Instagram/Facebook/Pinterest/Twitter
    • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organization, project management and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a small, fast-moving company with minimal oversight
  • A sense of positive urgency in executing everyday responsibilities
  • Photography, Photoshop, & graphic design skills are a PLUS
